Must be kind, patient and loving, as she spends the majority of her days working with young children. She must be a strong leader, with the ability to manage a diverse group of children. It’s important that she is an effective communicator, as she’ll be interacting with both parents and children on a daily basis. It’s also imperative that she is very organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy and responsible.
